Perhaps the Boris Johnsonism... Suffice it to say that the blog entry was written in the heat of the moment when I was just completely fed up with the situation. Incidentally the two people being charged have yet to pay their bail as of June 25th. I just wonder what the British red tops would say if a gang of Latvians beat up a British Bobby and got away with it. A chip on both shoulders adds up to a balanced view, I've been told.
